Initiate Your Return
Log into your AMA Warehouse account, select the order containing the items you wish to return, and click on the 'Request Return' button to generate your authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, then use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
